Using IE8, and Windows Vista, page opens with only placeholder gray box. Adobe Flash player requests permission to install. After granting permission, nothing happens.

Adobe Shockwave player didn't install under Windows Vista and IE8. I refused Norton System Scan.

I stand corrected, it was Adobe Shockwave player. After the failed install, I installed shockwave (opting not to install the Norton Security Option), and was successful at installing via http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/ however, now I see just a black screen, no video. Just wondering... Seeing where this is UK based site, could the problem be that the video was encoded with PAL (european) settings instead of standard NTSC (North American) viewer settings?

We seem to be having a problem getting the videos to work with IE. They work fine in Firefox, so we are looking at how to correct this at the moment. Thanks for your patience and comments.

XP64 with Firefox updated to the latest version works fine. I hope the video itself isn't indicative of what we should expect from this site - for all those who can't see the video, it basically comes down to "Have a play with the Photoshop filters. They do stuff". It would be much more useful, in my opinion, to give practical exanples of the usage of the filters - where we'll find them in the media, etc. Also, very difficult to see the subtle changes of a watercolour filter in a compressed video such as this.

Video worked with Firefox v.3.0.10, Windows Vista Home Premium. As far as content of video, it serves as reminder that you should KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid).

I have tried both firefox and Ie8 - just downloaded the latest versions and black screen with rotating circle as soon as I press the ply arrow.

It cant be that difficult to fix - why is it taking so long to get it sorted out -

I dont often get free time and it is very frustrating wasting time trying to get the vidos to play.

Internet Explorer 8 is not compatible with Windows Vista, you will re instate IE7 for everything to work as normal.
