2E0MCA says: PCSO's make the mistake of challenging a lady cyclist in the middle of a PHNAT mass gathering. They went on to show their ignorance of the law by threatening to arrest her if she didn't produce her ID. They got some barracking on the subject from the massed photographers who had become very aware of the fact that there is 'no requirement to carry ID in Britain' as a result of their own brushes with bullying PCSO's. In the confusion that followed the young lady made her getaway. Her crime? I believe it was cycling in a pedestrian area - a fair enough stop, but handled in a bullying and agressive manner.
