This one also stands out for me, a choice of view point and the vignette again put to effective use. This also has really nice tones, I prefer to understate saturation in my own work from pastel to full B&W. I hate over saturated images because in reality most people don't have orange faces.

I'm giving 5* not to be nice (check some of my other comments etc) or because I am even close to being an expert, but because I know what I like.
