This picture is O.K.
I would try to move horizon line lower to get the "picture thirds", maybe that much just to cover that rock on the right lower part of picture.
In that way you should get most interesting part of the sea, and more of the beautiful sky.
You can try to pen your cam a little bit to the left to get more grounds.
Try to avoid splitting horizon in ratio 50:50, use thirds (more ground, or more sky depending on what you want to point out).
Keep up your good work.
I'm still a learner at the begining of this "photo way". We always have place for improvement!
